Return Policy

At Blu-Castle, we want your shopping experience to be completely satisfactory. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may exercise your right of return in accordance with current Spanish and EU consumer protection laws.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, without having to justify the reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email at sales@blu-castle.com, including your order number and contact details.

2. Return conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition, without having been used or handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, or proper functioning.
It must include its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error in shipping or a manufacturing defect.

3. Defective or incorrect products

If the product received has an original defect or does not match the order placed, Blu-Castle will cover all collection and replacement costs.
In such cases, the customer may choose between a full refund or a replacement product.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will issue the refund of the corresponding amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
